The Crisis Planners wasn't born in a boardroom — it was born from grief. After losing both her husband and her father, founder Linda Fostek experienced firsthand the overwhelming chaos that follows when a family has no plan in place. Searching for documents, figuring out how to pay bills, running a household with no roadmap — she lived the exact crisis she now helps other families prevent.
Before he passed in 2012, Linda's father — a former engineer — created a home operations manual to help his family manage everything after he was gone. That manual became the foundation of The Crisis Planners, which Linda launched in 2014 to carry forward his legacy. Today, with over 35 years of professional experience, FEMA CERT membership, certifications as a life coach and professional speaker, and recognition as a Woman of Distinction, Linda has helped thousands of families get organized, get prepared, and find peace of mind. Her mission is simple: no family should have to face a crisis without a plan.
